Work started this weekend with Sparky coming over on his last day before starting at a new job to work on a Lemon's car. His work focused on some of the nagging items that when completed would allow us to start the engine. These items included the throttle pedal connection, crankshaft position sensor, and connecting the ECU. He was able to get those items done before dinner. He then gave me a call while I was on my way home from my day job, and ask "I'm done. So, let's see if we can start it tonight." Well, to do that we had about half dozen items to complete, so the answer was quickly, "No".
Torch and I did get a chance to work on the 6 items today. We were able to barrel through them, and here is where the work today left us:

So with that what else could we do, but give it a go:
Well, that did not go well.
The key to the trouble was exactly what Torch outlined. No fuel. No spark. With this kind of trouble, it hints to a control trouble. So, a call to Sparky went out. After a brief consultation, change of two wires, and then:
We now have two cars that can run. So, it is off to the punch list to complete the prep and it will likely happen just in time.
Phew!
