Race prep Checklist for Arse Freeze Alapaloolza December 5-6

 Work to get the cars ready for the Arse-Freeze at Sonoma Raceway has been going on for some time. We are about 15 days out with work planned this weekend.  Below is the punch list of items to get us ready:

Rear Differential Repair

Last we talked we had finished the Hair of the Dawg race at Laguna Sec (way back in January). The race was hard on the equipment. With 20 minutes left on Saturday, the Pinion and Ring gear in the differential decided to have a disagreement with the following results:

Not enough workshop counseling was going to bring these to back together, so an alternative was need.  Enter the Q45 replacement option: 

After some assistance, we now have a hybrid differential ready for installation this weekend.  

Fingers are cross that it slides right in.
