Jay,
We look forward to running in the upcoming Skankway Anit-Toe Fungal race. Our Nissan 300Zx was last at the Goin’ For Broken which we tried by unfortunately did not completely destroy the car in the race. For reference here are some trackside picture of us at Reno trying to fix the wheel bearing and rotors during the race.
Night Run
Bearing and rotor change
Notice the nice oil stain in the front fender well
I have a few rabid drivers that would like to try one more run with the stupid thing. So, I turn to you to plead for a reasonable residual value, not that any amount of money will bring this thing back from the misdeeds of my drivers and luxury feature that the Nissan engineers designed into the car.
Crew working hard at Reno
As for the amount may I dare ask you for lenience and give us a fair Residue value? Many of the parts we need to replace are thankfully, (or unthankfully) on the safety list, Ball joints, rotors, wheel bearings, and the like. The one true item I would like to replace is the front left strut. The rough 24 hour Reno gave our front suspension a pounding. The sway bar support was ripped out and after the shock overheated it blew oil all over the inside of the fender. After that we spent the rest of the weekend bouncing around more than a 14’ sailer tacking under the Golden Gate headlong right into the “Potato Batch”. So, could you be so kind to assess the car at $350 and I can be on my way.
Thank you!
Muddy

Let's say $325 residual for next time. Good luck be upon you, my son--Best JL
